Loudoun County School Board Member Atoosa Reaser announced a slate of new endorsements today in her race for Delegate: Congresswoman Jennifer Wexton, Former Virginia Secretary of Education Atif Qarni, Delegates Dan Helmer and Sam Rasoul, and Former Leesburg Vice Mayor Marty Martinez have endorsed Reaser in her campaign for the Eastern Loudoun based 27th district. They join a diverse coalition of supporters, including the Baltimore Washington Laborers’ Council (LiUNA), the Loudoun Education Association PAC, State Senators Jennifer Boysko and Barbara Favola, Former Speaker of the House of Delegates Eileen Filler-Corn, and Delegates Kathleen Murphy, David Reid, Wendy Gooditis, and Irene Shin.

“I am honored to have the support of so many great leaders from across our Commonwealth,” Reaser said. “On school board, I have proven to be effective at driving positive change for our community despite consistent attacks from the far-right. Leaders across Virginia are supporting my campaign because they know I will bring that same tenacity to Richmond to stand up against the Youngkin administration, protect our freedoms, and improve quality of life for families across the Commonwealth.”

Atoosa is running for Delegate because, “Our freedom is under attack – from a woman’s right to choose, to our voting rights, to our right to breathe clean air. We must all stand together to defend our fundamental freedom and ensure every Virginian has a fair shot at their best life.” With experience as an accomplished litigator, as an educator and School Board Member, and a mom, Atoosa will be uniquely effective at standing up for our values and bringing people together to deliver results.
